CANNIBAL CORPSE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR 2022
Cannibal Corpse returns to destroy Phoenix, Arizona on March 14, 2022. This time brought a few of their friends with them: Shadow of Intent, Revocation, and Whitechapel. I had seen Cannibal Corpse a few times before, and every time I have seen them, they get better.
The first band to play and open the show was Shadow of Intent. I heard from a few friends that they were an amazing live band to see, and they did not disappoint. The next band to take the stage was Revocation, and I am pretty sure I had seen them before somewhere, but I loved every minute of their set. Their vocalist/guitar player was super energetic and interacted with the crowd throughout their entire performance. Whitechapel was the next band to take the stage, and they played extremely well but I wished they would have played more songs from their older records. Their older stuff to me is heavier than their newer stuff, but I still like their new albums.
I was there to see Cannibal Corpse, and finally, it was time for them to take the stage. As soon they took the stage that venue exploded and it was awesome. Their opening song was “The Time To Kill Is Now”, that song is one of my favorites as well. I was glad to hear that the band played a few of their ballads this very night like “F*****d With A Knife”, “I Cum Blood”, and “Stripped, Raped, and Strangled”. The setlist they played encompassed their entire catalog, and I was glad to hear those amazing songs. Cannibal Corpse plays better every time I see them, and I cannot wait to see them again.
